The Foraging Course Company is carefully monitoring instructions from the British Government, Public Health England and NHS regarding the current Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak. All courses will be operating to Covid-secure guidelines. 

 

As our events are outdoors, they are already risked assessed as low risk for Covid transmission.

We already followed high hygiene standards, due to the handling of foodstuffs, pre-pandemic and will continue to do so.

As we are outdoors, people who wish to continue following 1m plus social distancing should find they can do this comfortably. This is something we will encourage.

We also continue to follow current Government Covid transmission reduction guidelines and restrictions that are in place at the time of the course taking place.  

If courses are cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions

If The Foraging Course Company has to cancel a course you are booked on to due to Covid-19 restrictions, depending on your method of booking, the following applies:

Direct cash booking (eg. using Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay etc) - a refund will be issued

Voucher, code, or gift card/certificate - a new voucher/code valid for 12 months will be issued

Mixture of voucher and cash - refund for cash booked places, new vouchers/code for non-cash (voucher) booked places
